This business is a complete scam.
1. The location they provide is a farce. They claim to be 5 minutes from Bryce Canyon Natl. Park but are actually 30+ minutes down the road in Cannonville (according to Google Maps anyway as they would not respond to our messages for an exact address).
2. The address given on Google Maps is located 5 miles off a main road (on a dirt track) that stretches into the desert with no homes, no road signs, and best of all, ends in a dead end with nothing in sight.
3. All (several) phone calls, emails, and text messages to the business were met with one generic auto-response text that was vague and dismissive. The numbers phone box was full or out of service so no messages could be left.
4. All this along with a strict no refunds policy to cover 'property fees' for cancellations is further evidence this is nothing more than a two-bit scam.
Avoid this 'business' at all costs. You will be out every cent of the money you paid, your lodging plans will be ruined, and perhaps as a consequence of the dread of being duped and the aggravation that goes with it, your trip will be ruined.
This place is a disgusting leech on the community that surrounds Bryce Canyon. They do nothing more than use shady business practices to prey on unknowing visitors and blemish the reputation of it's neighbors. One can only hope they be shut down for good.
