The signage for the rooms was excellent. Shame the rooms didn’t have Foxtel.

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect position for when you want to go on yellow river cruise. Nicely appointed spacious rooms, a bit dated. Two really nice pool areas, good to have a choice of a child free one. As with all places in Kakadu it is quite expensive for what you get.

The Lodge rooms are very comfortable with everything you need, set in tropical gardens with two enclosed pools. The camping facilities seemed huge with a choice of tent or van spots. Meals are catered at a communal bistro with tasty food for a wide range of tastes and preferences. Tours can be booked at reception for Yellow Water and small plane sightseeing. All in all a great place to stay in Kakadu

Great outdoor dining area

Pros: The pools and the outdoor dining area
Cons: Lines for free breakfast after the Yellow Waters Cruise was too long
Enjoyed the pools and the outdoor dining area. Great location for Yellow Waters and Jim Jim & Twin Falls.

Disappointed that we were called half an hour before check in time to tell us we no longer had a room available for 2 out of 3 nights booked. Luckily we weren’t quite there at that stage. We were transferred to the Mercure in Jabiru which was very nice but made our sunrise cruise complicated. It worked out ok in the end.
