Wow, Anon, Another keyboard warrior hiding behind "Anon", You have the same comments as the "in house " guest, so I'm guessing its the same person that didn't even stay!! Lets address your concerns- *****cold rooms.... thats what reverse cycle air conditioners are used for-reverse cycle so you can turn on the heat! ***** unfriendly message everywhere-we have : no smoking, Innkeepers Act, air-conditioner temperature and check out time, All 4 our fairly standard across ALL accommodations. *****3 page email after booking- yes everyone who books with us does receive an email full of information BEFORE you arrive, so you know what is and isn't in the room, has a motel mud map attached so you can locate your room and the key safe, and yes at the moment it is a little longer due to the COVID-19 instructions. Again, it is better to be informed BEFORE you arrive, and if you dont like the information, you can always cancel. Had you rung and booked directly all this information could have been given over the phone! Regards, Jill

Good morning Anon, My apologies fr the lateness in replying, as it didn't chow up on here and then we went away. All our staff are friendly and helpful, and regardless of their position try to make our guests comfortable and enjoyable. With reverse parking,there really is not a lot of difference in the distance that you need to carry bags etc when unloading. Where the difference and insistence on no reverse parking comes from filling the rooms with fumes, and particles from exhausts. Also, if you are sitting enjoying a coffee our the front of your room, the last thing you want is the fumes in your face. Our rooms are clean and comfy and very affordable. We glad that you enjoyed your stay and hope that you will return to us again should you venture back through Wagga. cheers Jill

Good afternoon Stefan, Yes, we are a basic motel, 3.5 star, all the photos on every website are true to life and not photo-shopped, so that before you book you can see exactly what you are reserving. For the tariff that you paid $75 per night, I would not think that you would expect luxury! If the staff were unwelcoming, which I find hard to accept, then you had the opportunity not to be re-book, as your reservation had been cancelled. If you read the reviews below, the comments are "friendly staff" "staff can't do enough for you" "welcoming staff". So I will not be asking my staff to fine tune their customer service skills. If you read the conditions or fine print, it does say that the full tariff will be taken on booking, with a non refundable financial fee. We do not take your payment, and if you check your statement it says "Accommodation Services" on behalf of the Junction Motor Inn. It was refunded by them, as you had cancelled your initial reservation as you had booked the wrong dates, not our fault! Also you are the first to state that our "Information" email was " such a harsh "welcome" e-mail. Most of it should be common sense I would assume." It might be commonsense for someone that has worked in the industry for 20 years, but for the travelling public, they all appreciate the information, so again, they know what to expect on arrival. We don't appreciate guests, who "sneak" their partner in after the office has closed. Then in the morning, the partner walks out of the motel to stand on the other side of the road, waiting to be picked up, all for the sake of $15.00! We do have good security cameras! WOW! 5/5 We really appreciate your fantastic review. All our staff are friendly and welcoming, and our "farewells" are just as important as our "hellos".
