My wife and I had the pleasure to have two stays at the Ritz Carlton Portman last week, the Guest Relations Team -Pre arrival planning asked if there were any special event or requirements they should know about. I replied explaining that it was our 50th anniversary and that 20 years ago we had lived in the Portman for 3 years. The surprise treatment and apartment were overwhelming far beyond a room up-grade, my wife and I will cherish this occasion. Congratulations to the Ritz Carlton team I will have no hesitation in recommending your hotel as a result of the excellent service and forward thinking.
