Modern 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House Sleep 11 PP (2Storeys Family home )

Downstairs consists of 1 large bedroom with queen bed and a double bed is very comfortable if air bed not require It can be deflated. This room is great if you have a couple of kid who would prefer to sleep with their parents(sleep 4pp) .Also downstairs is a large modern kitchen and dinning area.Complete with air conditioning and celling fan.Step put from kitchen /dinning to large covered deck with BBQ out door setting for 4 plus a bar table that over look fully fenced and leafy back yard.And also has a bathroom with shower ,toilet and vanity plus laundry with washing machine and dryer.And big back area with cubby house make the kids more entertaining.

Upstairs consist of 2 Bedroom .One with a queen bed(2pp) and second with Tri Bunk and set of Bunks (Sleep 5pp)
This price not include all linen and all towels (if you need we will charge you more extra per person)

Large living area upstairs complete with FOXTEL and kids corner. Front varandah off living area that overlook a garden full of native plants .Back deck has views to Collingwood Beach and beyond >great spot to enjoy a lazy sunset .Outdoor lounge setting can be move to back balcony

Great Accomodation!
This property was perfectly accomodating for our family holiday. There was enough room and seperate areas for kids and adults. The little kids went crazy for the cubby house and toys whilst the adults enjoyed their own time on the balcony. It is situated close enough to the shops and beaches. The owner Stephen was very quick to help if and when required. We did not have great weather for our stay but it didn’t bother us at all because we got to enjoy the lovely accomodation. Would highly recommend this property and would love to come back!

Enjoyable, clean, quiet well equipped holiday house for families
We had a great weekend in this house. We were pleased to arrive in a clean house, well equipped with all the little things that you may forget There were plenty of this salt, oil, tomato sauce, that you don't want to buy for 2 days only Cutlery was also more than enough so that you don't have to wash them after every use You had plenty of toilet paper, hand wash, bin bags... The kids corner and kids bedroom were very appreciated by the kids and the loved the doll house. The BBQ was almost new , in very good condition The backyard was enjoyable and the outdoor furniture welcome at the end of the day 5-10 min walk and you have Coles and few coffees The communication with the host was also very easy and fast

Amazing Getaway
We had a great stay for two families. The view from the upstairs balcony is brilliant. Great spot for afternoon drinks and nibbles. Large open plan kitchen/dining area great for having meals together with all the modern amenities. Spacious upstairs lounge area is perfect. Steve and Kwan were very helpful hosts answering any questions promptly. Will definitely be back in the near future for another fantastic stay.

Great location, great setup and close to everything we needed
We stayed here for 2 nights. The house is neat and tastefully decorated with quality furniture and appliances. It is within walking distance to local shops and the beaches are not far. There are plenty of space in and out the house for kids to run around. The kitchen is set up with all you need and also Weber bbq which is very handy for dinner.
