The beds are like quicksand - you get in and begin sinking and sinking - couldn't sleep on it and had to use the couch in the room. Service isn't great either, you ask for help and they don't get to you until hours after. Food downstairs really abysmal.

I knew when I checked in and the front desk person was chewing gum with her mouth open, that things would not go well. I had an issue with a staff member knocking on my door at 10.30pm and waking me to hand over brochures that were meant for another room. I had an issue with a terrible odour in my bathroom because the housemaids were not putting water regularly into the bathroom floor drain. The hotel is in a great location but old and desperately needs renovating. Julia and Michael in guest services were amazing and should be rewarded.
