We were not made aware the dining hall and bar were under construction. I drove right by the entranced because it said foir valet only. I didnt realize they force you to Valet for $35 and my car was parked one space from where I parked it. We waited for 50 minutes for the airport shuttle in 17 degree weather. We called the front desk 3x. We called an UBer just as the shuttle showed up, We lost $20 on the Uber. When we got back I asked the front desk if they could reimbursde the 20 off my bill. The front desk was rude and I felt they did not care we were left freezing!

Avoid this dump
Do not be fooled by it being a “Radisson”: this place is way below that standard. Dirty and smelly reception and common areas, terrible food, and the window in my room was cracked making it freezing cold and noisy from the busy roads outside. I wasn’t expecting much from an airport hotel but it was way worse than expected.
