The lifts were out of order and the air con in the rooms didn’t work We cancelled our booking and moved hotels The staff were understanding and helpful

The hotel was great, excellent corner room and really convenient. The housekeeper (Marika?) was so welcoming every morning. Great location. But please do something about the lifts. Only 2 of 4 in operation. Not uncommon to take 15 minutes to get into a hotel lift via a long queue. Once we walked up 10 flights rather than wait yet again. Apart from that I would highly recommend Park Central.
