    Picked this hotel for self care/relaxation to break up a much longer trip and as a base to do a little sightseeing in Istanbul (but had been before). Is maybe a 10 minute walk to main historic sites - but uphill. Extremely comfortable, clean accommodations. Bathroom had a personal hammam style bath plus shower. The breakfast is delicious and has generous number of items and a beautiful view. Turkish delight in a beautiful metalwork container on the bed on arrival. On arrival got a personalized introduction to the city. As I did not want to book any tours the hotel manager told me some customized self guided options. There is a park and some construction across the street and that can create some noise but it did not interfere with my sleep.

    Very nice overall stay. Staff on arrival very good indeed. Helpful friendly and spoke very good English Room very nice spotless clean and spacious Nice tea tray good mini bar ( even though expensive but that’s hotels for ya ) nice pillow menu good duvet comfy bed Bathroom excellent shower very clean nice bathrobes and slippers and towels lots of comp toiletries breakfast on the terrace wow what a view lovely. The breakfast itself was exceptional A lovely cold buffet spread cheeses meats salad breads jams fruit cakes. Hot buffet eggs cooked ( 2 or 3 ways ) sausages fries Hot and cold drinks. Very good indeed. Overall had a very pleasant 5 day stay. Well worth a visit. Thank you to all the team.
