We stayed for 2 nights, we accepted the Hotel, we booked out because we had an overnight in Seattle, when we were on the way to the airport, we reported a international power point adaptor was left in the room and we had also pre planed a further 2 nights' accommodation and were quoted $591, for 2 rooms for 2 nights. On return the adaptor wasn't found, ok, then we were to be charged $796 for our stay, after continual discussion we felt we were being miss treated as our arrival was at 10 pm, so we decided to leave and found other accommodation for the same price and alot better facility.

I cant review this property even though we had paid for the accommodation we were unable to cancel the booking or receive a future credit. We explained there were no flights in or out of Australia

Very efficient and helpful shuttle service. Driver went out of his way to help with directions and baggage care. Room tidy and comfortable with all necessary amenities although the dual setting shower control was s bit of a mystery for overseas travellers especially at 4 am!
