Disappointing overall experience. Staff did their best but the property was not clean and the food was particularly poor and expensive.

We arrived late in the dark. Hard to find the reception and lodge. Need some serious lighting around the lodges and parking areas. Someone already in our parking space. Stayed in lodge 9. Curtains in the main living room had lots of stains. Sette had stains, the chairs to the dinning table stained and dirty with food. Need a good clean. Main bedroom blind broken. A bit disappointed with this, as it let the lodge down.

Stayed in 1 of the lodges and they are very roomy and well laid out but need some updating. The main hotel is very grand and the swimming pool is lovely and warm
