Very disappointed. Have stayed here before but this time a total let down. AC only worked properly in 2nd bedroom. Room needs a good clean. Lights full of bugs. Brought this up with reception and no offer of moving us told nothing they could do. Said they need new cleaning staff so please lodge complaint with the property owners. Uncomfortable 2 nights as AC not working properly and weather was humid. Two of the AC units probably need a service and a good clean. They have multiple properties and something should have to be done to make our stay in Townsville more comfortable.

I liked the pool & the location. The air con didn't work on first night. Very uncomfortable when I paid for an aircon room. receptionist was helpful to change my room for the next 5 nights. I sent an email to explain my disappointment with the broken aircon & never got a response. The doona cover was stained. Same stains on the door with a hair on it. Cockroach in the room. Outdoor furniture very stained & cigarette hole in the chairs. Would not recommend to stay here.

Had a five day stay, apartment was okay but quite dated and really needs a good clean and a bit of TLC. We had issues with a leaking ceiling, in the lounge, from the hole where the missing ceiling fan should be (which talking to reception it’s clear that it won’t be fixed anytime soon). The air conditioning also constantly dripped water leaving puddles on the floor and was noisy in the bedrooms. Quite poorly equipped for self catering e.g only one knife (a bread knife) for food preparation and a random mix of odd mismatched cutlery. Property does have a nice roof top pool and secure underground parking but I would not stay again.

Good room size, loved the balcony, the gym and the pool, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight negative was the bed was a bit small, we have a king size bed at home
