Initially my room was not clean so I kindly asked to be moved which was accommodated. Reception staff were not professional. I did send a letter of complaint and never received an apology or response. Would not recommend.

The area was beautiful. A lovely spot near the lake amongst very nice houses and people. A short walk to the local supermarket, very quiet and safe. Strange check in though.......If you didn't have a car this would be very inconvenient for someone coming in a taxi to go so far from one complex to another to check in. Text communication was really good but some of the housekeeping staff couldn't speak English. The lift wasn't working which was very inconvenient for a lot of people in the complex as they where all elderly people and had to walk up 2 flights of 9 stairs for each floor level with all your luggage, Not good if you're staying on level 1 or 2 from the basement/carpark. Everything we needed in the apartment. Nicely furnished and convenient. Thank you

There was a putrid smell on first floor when existing lift - garbage Shute does not close properly letting smell into the area. Unit needs maintenance shelf in shower almost falling off, towel rail falling off. Garbage outside in large waste bins overflowing and smelly.
