Lovely hotel close to old city

We arrived early and were checked in at 11am. Our room was on the top floor with a balcony, lovely ornate touches, super clean, great view. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast selection. Extremely helpful staff. The shuttle than runs bang on time! Great value for money, would stay again.

Perfect Hotel easy walking distance to town centre

We very much enjoyed our seven night stay where we just wanted to relax and soak up the atmosphere. Special thanks to Caroline, Linh, Rose and Jordan and all the other staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable, loved talking with them. We WILL be back to stay again as soon as we can.

Hotel with Good Character

Pros: Close, friendly staff and a convenient location in town.
Location: Far enough away form the hustle and bustle, but just a few minutes stroll to the hustle and bustle.
This hotel was just a few minutes’ walk from the old quarter. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel and the rooms were comfortable and also had a more character than one of those big chain hotels which are designed out of an IKEA box. When I say character, I do not mean it to be old or shabby. The hotel did loo relatively new. The décor style gave it a bit more character. Two corner shops within 30 seconds walk from the front and a laundry and bike hire in the front of the hotel.

Great hotel very close to the old city!!

By far the best staff we have encountered in Vietnam!! The hotel room was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Hoi An is a great place to explore. Hired motorbike from across the road and rode around farming country with little villages, excellent. Would throughly recommend this hotel...and staff!!!!

Pleasant hotel with good facilities.

Pros: The staff The room the advice we received about what to do and see
Cons: The shower was a challenge. Plenty of hot water but sometimes too hot.
Location: 5 minute walk to the Old Town. Easy shuttle to the beach and back.
We enjoyed La Residencia. The staff were excellent and always tried to be helpful. Some had better English than others but it was a pleasure to converse in English with staff who were trying to improve their language skills.
