Just had a seven night stay at the hotel. Fantastic experience.
Very relaxing in a great location.
Staff where fantastic could not do enough for you.
Courtesy Bus to Hidden Beach is a great option for a very relaxing day.
Also highly recommend the restaurant.
Special mention to Flower she is an excellent employee.

Wonderful hotel with a unique 'old world' feel.
Pros:Everything
Cons:Nothing.
Location:Close to the city.
This place was a gem. On entering the reception of the hotel you were warmly greeted. On making our way through the gardens to our room we were taken by the french provincial architecture. It was clean well set out and the rooms were also generous in size. The service was authetically warm and nothing was of any trouble. The beds were also comfortable. Breakfast catered for all manner of taste and it was loverly to dine outdoors if you so wished. We were treated and felt like royalty. This was a genuine highlight of our visit to Hoi An. Highly recommended on all accounts.

Tranquility in the bustling town
Garden Palace was a lovely hotel for us as a family of 5. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The gardens, pool and setting made a lovely retreat in the afternoons after a day out in the bustling town. We cycled to most places and the friendly hotel staff helped out with all other arrangements. The reception area and some of the decor could do with a bit of an uplift but besides from that we couldn't fault this very comfortable 4 star hotel.

We stayed for our honeymoon. They had flowers and a cake ready on arrival. The staff were personal and very willing to cater to our needs.
Gorgeous room, lovely facilities, and in a great location between Hoi An ancient town and the beach.
Would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay
This was a pleasurable stay from start to finish. The staff were friendly caring and approachable. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The chef turned out meals that were delicious, and catered to our dietary needs with aplomb. It was my daughters birthday and they made it a very special day (I won't spoil their surprise). Laundry was speedy and care taken. Do get them to pick you up from the airport. Reliable and affordable. The spa was great. Felt thouroughly spoilt
