While the room was nice, clean and comfortable, the woman who checked us in was so unpleasant it set an unfortunate tone to the rest of our stay and our overall experience. We’d arrived around 11pm after a 6hr train ride. We were tired, but to be met with someone so impatient and unfriendly was disappointing. After she gave us our room keys, my husband said "Thank you". No reply. No " Have a nice stay, night, etc "
