Everything motel related was fine, staff were incredibly polite and friendly, appeared natural not forced. Only complaint was breakfast from restaurant which I assume is separate business. Scrambled eggs were weird in texture, chef needs a lesson in making them, sausages weird choice for breakfast and to me inedible, bacon consisted only of the daggy skinny fatty bits which I won't eat, I don't know name of the other end which is mostly meat but can be bought without the whole rasher. Anyway paying for the cooked breakfast was a waste of money for me, glad I didn't leave a tip which was presented to me when I walked in to pay, not on leaving. Motel part excellent.

The cleanliness of the property was immaculate! The staff were so nice and welcoming. The Mr Good Guy was a little disappointing - for $40 our breakfast was cooooold. Cold sausages, cold eggs, cold bacon. And warm milk - my partner had some cereal and the milk was warm. Other than the breakfast we had a good experience with Ibis :) thank you
