The room was clean and comfortable, but I didn’t like how dark it was as we always had to have the lights turned on. We also got a room which had previous smokers in it so all we could smell was stale cigarettes. No milk for coffee. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Great location for a stopover. Close to shops and restaurants. Pick up service excellent. We left early in the morning before dining room opened and we were given a packed breakfast. Good selection at the breakfast buffet, eggs and omelettes cooked to order.

Hotel is close to the airport and perfect for a quick overnight stay between flights, probably a little too far out for anything more. Breakfast buffet was nice, beds comfortable, bathroom has a bath which is nice after a long flight.

This was the perfect hotel to stay for a short stop in Siagon. We were picked up from the airport at no charge which is refreshing. The breakfast was ample.

Great family hotel!

All staff were kind and very helpful to us and out 8month son. Room was amazing though no outside view. Apart from the staff in spa area not understaning english properly wer were unable to book massage on walk in. Would be nice next time for hotel to liaise with taxis to have a set price to town peak and off peak as they say depening on traffic but we travelled all times and ranged from 90k-190k. Other than that...loved our stay.

Wonderful stay

Staff were amazing. Airport pick up was free. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing and tours organised through the hotel were great value for money. You had go cross the road to go to the pool but staff escorted you across the road which was helpful especially with young children.

The pleasant staff bring us back

Pros: Friendliness
Cons: A little maintenance in the rooms would improve the impression
Location: About 20 mins from the centre but cabs are cheap. The area and street are quiet and tucked away from the normal manic roads of HCMC proper
This is our second stay here. It is clean, quiet and yet in close proximity to the centre. It does not have all the niceties of a five star hotel - but then it does not pretend to be one. The staff are excellent and always ready to help with any queries you may have. Travel to the centre is less than a AU$10 ride. Breakfast is included in the rate and is very comprehensive. Watch out for tour groups though - they tend to eat early ( 6am - 7am ) and quite often take all the fresh fruit with them.

Great staff

We only stayed for one night at the very end of our trip, but it was perfect. We were having some shoes couriered to the hotel, the staff were great in dealing with this for us, even calling the person sending them and translating for us. The room was nice and clean and tidy, everything we needed was supplied in the room. The staff were all very welcoming and even had our room ready an hour earilier than check in. The breakfast was also great, large spread in nice restaurant. Final thing to left is with a smile was the use of one of their cars to drop us to the airport. Would definitely come back.

Good first impression. Very comfortable beds

It was a nice experience for the kids when we arrived. Well presented bell hops in red jackets took our bags and the reception area is clad with marble floors and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is sufficient and had a lot of variety. Percolated coffee and cordial type orange juice but for foreigners it was good to start the day without trying to organise a family breakfast somewhere else. In the room the beds are very comfortable. Best nights rest and bathroom had a bath tub which is a luxury for budget travelers. Very 80's decor with the hair dryer and light controller which I found novel. Had a very awkward experience with the supposed 'Health Spa' which is part of the hotel. Tried to arrange a massage with the lady at the desk and at this time there is a group of men sitting around smoking in the reception. She spoke no English. She told me the price then seemed to demand a tip by prerequisite almost doubling the price. I agreed as I wasn't capable of discussing options in Vietnamese and reluctantly prepaid. Then I was lead through what seemed to be a men's locker room down a few dingy corridors into a room that smelt like heavily masked cigarette smoke. I stood there for 3 seconds and decided 'oh hell no' and walked myself out of there grabbing my refund on the way out. Very smokey, very seedy. No thank you. I know health spas and that's not it.
