Excellent place to stay, good size rooms with a nice spa bath and a balcony attached so that anyone who smokes can sit there, ashtrays were provided as well. Staff were helpful and friendly, our room was sericed daily and left nicely cleaned. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there agin when next in Napier

Disappointed that l was not informed about the key slotting into trigger power etc on....soent time trying to put tv etc on...gave uo & rang reception....should have been told when key given to me upon arrival...otherwuse stay waa great

Only stayed the one night and it was very nice. My boy loved the Jaques. The staff were very nice.

Extemely clean tidy and spacious. Good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Friendly staff. Only downside was no chrome cast facilities. Parking sometimes tricky but plenty of off street parking.
