Trip to London

Pros: Friendly Staff willing to assist if possible.
Cons: Offering a double and 2 single beds as an option Not allowing large parties to section off half the restaurant
Location: Bus stop directly outside of hotel or a 20 minute walk to Tube station which gave access to central londao
After staying at this hotel 2 years ago we decided to re book for 2 Adults and 2 Teenage Boys, on arrival the room was to small with one double bed and a sofa bed for the boys taken up most of the room, space was very tight, the TV in the room can only be described as "Retro" to small, poor reception and poor choice of channels, these comments were immediatly reported to Reception. They were unable to relocate us until the following day. The sofa bed caused major problems with sleep deprevation with the the boys as it caused them to roll into the middle causing constant arguements throughout the night. The following morning at breakfast 50% of the room had been taken over by a large party, ear plugs should have been made available due to the noise from the group, The following 2 nights we were located in a new room which was much bigger with a modern flat screen TV on the wall, we still had the same problem with the sofa bed. The room was big enough to incorparate 2 single bed in place of the sofa bed, strange this was not an option. Day2 and 3 Breakfast continued to be a struggle to find a seat due to the large party, staff were sourcing tables from elsewhere in the hotel to assist.
