The location was nice and quiet, however the condition of the property was dirty. There was soap scum and mould in the bathroom, a dirty tissue in the bedroom, and food under the couch that looked like it'd been there for quite a while. Very disappointed considering the fees for cleaning and maintenance.

It was the perfect size for our family. Loved the water views from the deck and the fact that it was a beautiful stroll into town. The only downfall was that there was no phone reception and the wifi was terrible. Other then that we are very happy and will gladly stay again :-)

As others have commented, the unit was dirty when we arrived, and multiple major items were unclean, really smelly, not there. or did not work. Disappointing, especially given the price, and not recommended.
