Quality Inn & Suites is located in Meriden. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Brookside Park and Giuffrida Park, while Toyota Presents Oakdale Theatre and Andrews Homestead Museum are cultural highlights. Lake Compounce and Lyman Orchards are also worth visiting.
Unprofessional & unpleasant front desk agent, room had very outdated furniture, wall paper and torn curtains/drapes, stains on bedding and shower walls, had to unplug loud refrigerator in order to sleep.
Hotel had a clean fresh smell in the lobby and hallway so I knew the room would be the same and it was. Very spacious room but would have appreciated maybe a dinette set or accent chairs. Beds were very comfortable. It was weird that the door and bathroom door both seemed crooked and stuck when opening and closing.
I haven't been here in over 5 years but was pleased to see the hotel was clean, updated & that the friendly service I remember was still there. Great place for the price.
