A nice place to stay that's affordable. Stayed for a week after getting surgery done at the Gold Coast Private Hospital, room was nicely sized for a 1 bedroom apartment, fairly clean, cupboards in the kitchen need a good wipe out and above the microwave, but lovely views from the 8th floor overlooking the water, will stay again!

Great views of the Broadwater and the layout of the unit was ideal. Plenty of outdoor furniture and shaded areas at all times of day. Lots of crockery and cutlery, also amazing water pressure in the shower On arrival there was a very strong almost overwhelming smell of carpet deodorant. A pot scouring pad was supplied/no sponge and a piece of “Chux” wipe not much larger than my hand. Only one dishwasher tablet. They insist that all rubbish be bagged before sending down the chute yet don’t supply any except one in a bin Smoke detector sounded at 7am first morning and couldn’t be reset so I had to disconnect it. Reported the problem to reception who said that they would send somebody to fix it, six days later nobody had done anything. Health and safety issue here
