It was exceelent to access to any famous place in hanoi old city by walk just 5 minutes to th night market, lantern street, 10 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake.We had the amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. And the facility is so good and so kindly service, the staff go out of the way to suggest us many thing to do in Hanoi & arrange Ha Long Bay tour at resonable price. Thank a lot Tommy!

We stayed at the Hanoian Central hotel for several nights and it was fantastic. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Pick up from airport and return to airport was easy and cheap. Never met staff before who were as helpful as the staff at the Hanoian Central. Molly and her staff really looked after us. The rooms were clean, the massage service was lovely and breakfast was really nice. We also used the laundry service in the hotel which was quick and cheap. We were able to leave our main luggage at the hotel whilst we ventured elsewhere for a couple of nights, and then returned to the hotel. The hotel also printed out our flight boarding passes for us. I would highly recommend the Hanoian Central, which is literally a 5 minute walk from the night market.

From beginning, when we arrived at hotel, the bellman - Hoai opened the door for us with smile and helped us to carry very heavy luggage, he's funny guy . Then we met the FO team is so professional and wonderful to take care us during our stay there. They also arranged amazing tour to Lan Ha Bay, Tam Coc and Sapa for us in the North of Vietnam, we enjoyed the trip very much. We had everything we want for the place to stay in Hanoi these days. And if you dont know somewhere to eat, to do during the day in Hanoi, i suggest that you should come and ask them for some good recommendations and useful tips. Definitely stay again!!!

I had a Great experience staying at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa, I enjoyed the hotel and Tommy was really nice and helpful with everything!! We only stayed for one night, it felt like the best place to stay in hanoi. Recommend it to everyone! Thank you.

We stayed for 1 night at the beginning of our trip to Vietnam. The hotel is very well priced. A taxi was easily arranged to collect us from the airport.Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about what to see in Hanoi.The hotel was also friendly enough to allow us to leave our bags so we could explore easier.

Really enjoyed this stay. Very reasonable price. The bed was huge and very comfy. We slept really well. Air conditioning was good and very helpful staff. We did not eat in the hotel but the Spa room was amazing give us the relaxing time.

We had an amazing stay at the Hanoian Central hotel. The hotel is lovely and clean and In a great location. The staff are honestly some of the best we have encountered on our travels… Molly (manager) & her team were brilliant. The girls on reception couldn’t be more helpful, the lads looking after the entrance & sorting luggage were amazing and the breakfast staff were superb !!!Everyone helped us with anything we needed, from printing things off, taking us to the bank, laundry, recommendations and booking us a couple of trips.We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a hotel in Hanoi. Well done Hanoian team !

Best hotel to stay as staff is so supportive and Best part is breakfast, that was awesome. Like the most of the food all hot and Andrew helped me with all the food information big thank to him. Clean hotel.

Great value for price! Extremely Friendly staff. They have helped us with our reservations. Very good sleep with confortable beds. Excellent breakfast. We have had an amazing time here. Highly recommended!

It was amazing. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. It was silent during nightime which allowed a good night sleep despite the noise outside. The staff was increadibly nice and were happy to help with any doubts or to make reservations for restaurants or activities aroud the city.
