Great value, lovely staff
Pros:Location, staff.
Cons:A few little teething problems with its resources, but should get ironed out in time
Location:Very close to Hoan Kiem lake, great street food.
The hotel is very well positioned, a short walk from the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake. There are many great street food places close by as well, or more western style cafes for those who prefer them.
The hotel itself is quite new and still has a few teething problems with its resources. But it is clean and well presented without adopting false pretensions to "class" that you get elsewhere.
But the best thing is the hotel staff, who are really lovely and friendly - and genuinely so, no false smiles or "missing you already" schlock. They will go out of their way to answer any question, help with any issue, or address any problem you are having with the resources.
All round, Bella Rosa is excellent value and I would happily stay there again. I can strongly recommend it.
