Thank you for your input Paul. If you didn't like your room/bed you could have spoken to us and we would have been happy to move you into another room. All our bed do have blankets and we do supply soap, shampoo, Towels bathmats and toilet paper along with sugar tea/coffee milk. not sure if we are going to supply guests with coins. Perhaps you might get everything you need at the Hilton International .We dont see how we are over priced Paul maybe direct might help .Keep in mind Paul everything has gone up in price even individual wrapped tea/ coffee sugar.

Covid check in required. No rude response as you had yelled at the staff member on the phone because you had to call. You were given the option to leave and a refund given as you abused the staff member. you then backed down as this was going to upset your wife. You were not charged by us at 150. You were charged by the third party. Not Charged By The Motel.
