The staff well trained, always helpful. Nothing for them is too small to give attention to. They are going out of their way to help wherever needed. This is truly home away from home.

I already rated this hotel but I am rating again. This is the BEST HOTEL in Guangzhou and I am not afraid to say probably one of the BEST HOTELS IN CHINA. SUPER SUPER CLEAN rooms and bathrooms. I did NOT want to leave the hotel. Bathroom was one of the cleanest and beautiful bathrooms. Buffet was great. Service was great. Lounge was great. Service was great. Shoutout to Tracy and Barton. No doubt that this was a 5 star hotel. I don’t even have one bad thing to say about this place. With all the bed bug issues and viruses going on in China, I felt safe from all of that at this hotel. Staying at one of the worst hotels at the moment writing this review (Crowne Plaza Qingdao), I am almost tearing reminiscing about my stay at Langham Place Guangzhou. The cleaning lady even folded one of my worn shirts that I threw on the chair. View is amazing. Stop reading this review, book it, and go experience it yourself. I miss you Langham Place Guangzhou. Keep up the AMAZING work!!

Through my experience I can say that the staff in this establishment has been exceptional, especially Anny who excels in Guest Relations, who made sure to guide me throughout my stay. Nikki who treated me with care upon my arrival, and lastly Billie, who made sure my experience at the Club Lounge was unforgettable. I must say that the staff of Langham Place Hotel is as professional as can be. Although the hotel has many amenities and perks, the element that stands out the most is the level of hospitality from the staff!

Really bad Wifi. This is a business trip, I need to have a very internet connection, files and email took forever to download The staff needs to speak better English, this is a English hotel. Basic. No room upgrade, instead a cheap bottle of wine and a spa coupon worth less than $30
