There are dog friendly options which made a couple of days away a possibility. The mostly fenced grassed area would be improved if the fencing was complete. The receptionist was excellent, very welcoming, efficient and friendly throughout our visit.

First things first this is not a hotel but a run down filthy place. The place is basically a scam. Its very dirty and there is no cleaning and changing of linen during public holidays. I used room 28 from the 31st of March to the 3rd of April. The room is dirty as you shall see on attached photos. The TV is not the best on the picture quality. The small fridge in the room makes noise all night you just have to be prepared for that. On the day cleaning was supposed to be done it was just pathetic as shown in the photos. I do not recommend anyone or even my enemy for this dirty place

The property is in a convenient location with lots of onsite parking. The furniture is a little out dated and facilities are fair. The walls in all rooms could do with a little bit of a scrub to remove unwanted left overs by past occupants. However overall the rooms did the job and provided the rest, shower and sleep we needed. Thanks for the stay.

Dust in room was not acceptable. I am asthmatic!!! I do not think this was the cleaning lady's fault. I believe it is lack of time and staff. The person when we arrived was poor (Thursday 21st March.). The Friday 22nd staff were helpful and a delight to deal with. We will be coming to Albany on a regular basis, but will not book here again because of my health issues.
