Beautiful outlook from Chalet 4 veranda Quite and peaceful Spa bath was lovely Bed was comfortable Office area was a bit disappointing and messy not welcoming but once in chalet it was nice Kangaroos roaming was nice

Eco friendly

Did not know this when l booked it was eco friendly therefore no PowerPoints ( no hairdryer and no offer of alternative)noise from fridge very loud toilet fan stays on for 15 mins every time you go in low shower water pressure broken shower head. Room smelled nice

Have tried to make sure all guests are aware that the Eco cabins are non main grid power (so no hair dryer or electric shaver usable) by extra large print on web site. Have gone for the auto fan feature as have found guests do not use fan when in shower, otherwise walls get wet with steam then mold can grow. This has fixed any problems that could happen. The shower head is a low flow type to conserve water (can be a problem if guest is not used to them) Re the broken shower head, did not know about this as no one reported any problems (now replaced).

It was really nice and a huge surprise to see roos

Very well represented and clean I think the only thing i didnt like was the rooms door that had to be opened with the front door key!

As the chalets can be either a one or a two bedroom type we sometimes have guests that prefer to use two single beds rather than the queen bed we then give them the key to the second bedroom and lock the main bedroom (hence the use of the key lock). We have found that if we dont do this all bedrooms get used even if only one is paid for.

Pros: Bush location and 50 m spacing between cabins. Very relaxing and separate from other people.
Cons: Wifi is so slow it is useless. The lights are extremely bright making it feel much less cosy than it could be.

Facilities: Basic, Wifi too slow to use; Value: Could be better; Service: Polite; Cleanliness: Spotless; Good central location to national parks and wineries (within 20 km max)

Pros: Awesome place, surrounded by trees and feels very private. Drove in to see kangaroos very close. GREAT SPOT :)
Cons: No oven in chalet. Although we ate out when there anyway it would have been nice to have the option to eat in. Other than that the kitchen was good
