Didn’t have access to key or wifi code on arrival as we arrived after hours. No code was left on the welcome letter and as a result for 2 of the 3 nights stay we didn’t have wifi access. My son also nearly electrocuted after turning off a bedside lamp at the power point. The facilities were clean and nice though.

Dear Kirsty, Thank you for your feedback. We endeavor to improve our service continuously, and as practically as possible. Unfortunately we never had the opportunity to meet you as you never presented yourself at our reception to formally to check-in during your entire stay. As stated on the Late Arrival information sheet, guests who checked in After Hours are to come to reception to check-in and WiFi voucher would be issued then. This policy is for the safety requirement of all guests and other residents in the resort. Nevertheless, a Wifi voucher was delivered to your room after you contacted us over the phone, and the 'faulty' power point as you claimed was checked by electrician and no fault was found. It was a brand new power point. We are unsure of what exactly happened when you say your son was 'nearly electrocuted'. We notice the apartment was very messy with items all over the floor/surfaces. Lights and fans were left on when unattended for the day, which is not appropriate for safety concerns. However we still changed he table light in your son's room for safety precautions. Nice accommodation for the price

Pros: Location and view

Nice accommodation for the price but was disappointed that the spa wasn’t hot until the afternoon and once it was it was full of noisy inconsiderate boys that obviously live in the complex who were unsupervised. They also nearly pulled the vending machine over, perhaps some more eyes on what’s happening around the place would be good.

Great location

Really had a great stay facilities were great. Only down side the gardner deciding to cut hedges at 7.15am the first morning we were there. Not the early wake up i was wanting. Other than that great stay.

Not what the picture showed ,

Pros: Location

Cons: Clean and update when people are paying

We turned up to our accomodation and it was nothing like the picture showed. We understand that these units are privately owned but it was very dated.the kitchen had a broken PowerPoint with no button left to turn switch on or off, the microwave Still had the spaghetti sauce stuck to the roof , kitchen bench was broken and Buckled and the water goes under the sink. The carpet was old and dirty as was the Extra bed that we had. Good location is the only positive thing we can say.

Family-friendly, great location

Pelican Cove is a great place to stay in; it's close to the beach, the Theme Parks and shopping, has a nice pool and barbecue area and the reception staff Debbie and Daniella are awesome. The unit we stayed in was not very new but comfortable and it contained everything we needed. We also had a great water view from our balcony. Will definitely return

Great little getaway and business stopover

Was a great 2 nights there. Only downside was tree pruning at 7am. People are on holidays, it could have waited until 8am at least!
