Nice overnight stay

Space clean air and quiet

We needed to get away and had a great stay. The resort was a great price and the food and surrounds made fort the perfect setting. Thank you.

Older style hotel

Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: Needs an update - seem to rely on golf clientele.
This was the first time we've stayed at a Mecure hotel. For the price we expected a fairly modern room but were rather disappointed. They took a $100 bond - really not a necessary procedure today - an imprint of a credit card would have been sufficient. Two lights weren't working in the room, bathroom and furniture was dated. Some utensils were missing.

Expensive food, outdated

I wasn’t really happy with my stay. The room service food was a huge overpriced waste of money and absolutely not worth it. The rooms were sparse and information about the hotel was on the tv which I found pretty inaccessible.

Great Hotel for golfers.

Pros: The food was very good, the check in however was a very long process as there was only 1 person at the desk.
Cons: It is just an odd place, I would not call it a resort.
Location: Other than golf not much, great for a conference thou.
Went for a conference, which the breakfast was great, and the meals at the restaurant were very nice. Just wish you had a store to buy an ice cream or anything.

I think that a couple of the reception staff could do with a customer service refresher. No eye contact was made with anyone waiting or a simple ‘be with you shortly’ comment, especially when you have been waiting at an unattended desk and they walk past you and go out the back.

Beautiful surroundings

The room had all the features advertised however they neglected to mention we would not be in a refurbished room but their advertising pictures were of a refurbished room. I think it's definitely worth a phone call to them to check on that despite the statement in the confirmation email that there is no need to confirm your booking... room service staff were lovely and very helpful.

great resort, located in the middle of everything

Pros: clean room, good facilities
Cons: not much everything was well done
Location: great shopping close by easy access to freeway and airports
great clean resort, very comfy rooms, close enough to facilities but far away enough for peace and quiet highly recommended. usual mercure quality 5 out of 5
