The staff were excellent! Polite, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond to help us! The room facilities could be improved e.g sink plug had to be manually picked up and toilet splashed out of the bowl.

I liked all the free activities/games for my kids. The staff were all beautiful and always willing to help. My only criticism is that the food was very expensive.
