Zero service, unprofessional staff and trained and miserable staff, unfriendly unwelcoming staff, would I say that again definitely not. No air-conditioning, air-conditioning was turned off and the guest service lies after lies, I met some other guests in the hotel and they were with the same view. They want to stay there again either.

The property is nice and has a good pool and quick access to the beach. We liked the beach club and food was good there for a nice brunch before a day on the beach. The only note for the beach club is the music can be quite loud starting at 10:30am, but when a few people asked they did turn it down. I’m all for loud music but I think not until early afternoon.
