Comfortable but not great
Pros:The pool was great, as was the spa facilities.
The reception area is beautiful and maintained well, great for meetings and relaxing before checking in or out. Unfortunately the staff at reception are less than friendly and you often felt like you were interrupting their conversations to ask for assistance. You would often be left waiting to be served for quite some time too. Also be aware that they only accept cash - at the restaurants, bar and front desk. This was quite inconvenient.
The pool area was great, the staff at the bar very friendly.
Our room was very comfortable and clean. Although a little old and tired, it was great for what we needed. The hot water worked and the pressure in the shower/bath was great. The cleaning staff were polite and professional.
Both restaurants were average and I would probably recommend eating elsewhere.
Note that the resort is right next to several night clubs who play loud musical all the way up to 6am the following morning.
English is barely spoken so best to brush up on your French or Arabic before staying at the resort.
Would I recommend this place to my fellow travelers....probably not.
