Enter on the first level, where four comfortable bedrooms await three, with Smart TVs, two queen bedrooms, one a master, open onto a spacious shaded deck where you can relax in the refreshing ocean breeze. An additional queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds share a full bath off the hall. The laundry area completes this level.

Come together in the open airy living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar and adjacent full bath. Complete with Smart TV, soundbar and DVD player, the living area is an ideal hangout spot for family entertainment. Property as advertised. Short walk to beach and very convenient for trips back and forth. House felt like a home and had plenty of space for 2 families. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great stay at Utopia!

Our family and friends had a great stay at Utopia. The house was well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The owner was great with communication and pleasant to work with. There was a short walk to the beach from the house and we had great ocean views from the deck. Very happy with our stay!!

Utopia in OBX

The house was very clean and up to date. The owners were very accommodating. Listing stated that the house had a whirlpool spa, however, it was a mistake and it didn’t. Might be a good addition! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your home with me and my family!
