The hotel itself presents very well. The lobby, restaurant, pool area looked great. Our room on the fourth floor however was very disappointing. It was not possible to control the air conditioning, seemed fixed on warm air; the shower recess leaked badly; and being adjacent to a serving area was incredibly noisey, staff starting work at 3 am.!
Maybe it’s best for the hotel not to allocate this room to any guests unless the problems are fixed.
