The staff at this hotel were EXCEPTIONAL!!! They greet you with the biggest smile and are incredibly helpful!! We had car issues which required the car to be towed, they helped us with late check out while we organised everything and could not have been more helpful or obliging!! Well done!!

I didn’t like that there wasn’t an area for breakfast. Didn’t like that we didn’t have a nice view. Staff were great and it was good we could park in B1 with our car being taller. Didn’t like that we had to pay for it though

For $500 a night, I’d expect the rooms to be nicer. They are tired looking- a little update is needed and the curtains replaced coz they were pretty dirty looking. Balcony in the room but closed off to access.
The best thing is the location. Tram stops just outside (straight to the MCG!), short walk to Southbank, casino, train stations and City Centre.
