Well kept grounds & very safety conscious. Beautiful views but couldn’t see them from our unit. Well kept bathroom, but a fair way from units and kitchen really not well positioned for all of the units- also car parking narrow with concrete strips in between- quite restrictive. Quiet, but a fair way from town

Great place
This is a hostel-style accommodation and we had booked a room for the three of us. We had one twin bed and an upper bunker of a single bed. The room was small, as can be expected from a hostel. The restroom was pretty close to our room and had both showers and toilets. What I really liked was that the showers were really clean. We used the restrooms for 2 days and I really appreciated how clean it always was. There was also a division/ space inside the stall to dry ourselves and wear our clothes so that it doesn’t get wet. The restroom also had 2-3 hair dryers attached so people could use those as well. This place made me consider using hostels more often. It cost us ~ NZD240 for the 3 of us for 3 days. The only problem we encountered was that the wifi network was very poor- at least for our room. We were also not able to get the one NZ connection so we truly had an off-the-grid experience for the evenings. The room had free bravo TV subscription- so we enjoyed watching the Paul movie and Mamma Mia movies. Overall I would recommend this place, but just beware you may not get internet connectivity (which is not always a bad thing).

The rooms were tiny & the beds so uncomfortable some of our party slept on couches elsewhere the 2nd night rather than wake up so sore. I apologised to the rest of our group for choosing this place.

Property was very clean and well managed and gardens very well kept. My only negative was the volume of the music that was played in the shower and toilet block which also played all night (way too loud)
