we loved our time at momi bay and will definitely be going back, everything was onsite so no need to leave the resort. say hi to Tomu at the pool bar he made our stay even better. all the staf were so friendly and helpful.

The resort is great, the amenities are excellent, staff are extremely friendly, helpful and genuinely make the stay feel welcoming and warm. They are lovely people. The one recommendation I would say is get the all inclusive package because you end up paying for it other wise, it’s very expensive. Also watch out for the hidden surcharges, they seem to be hiding everywhere at this hotel

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our stay. While we've found the staff to be wonderful, we've encountered a few challenges. Despite twice requesting assistance for our anniversary, unfortunately, nothing was organized. Additionally, the extended wait times for food at the restaurant have proven inconvenient, especially considering we have a toddler and an infant. Furthermore, our flights were canceled due to adverse weather conditions and a cyclone. The lady at the reception was initially helpful, mentioning a policy allowing an extension with no charge. However, the subsequent communication with the reservation team resulted in conflicting information, with an unexpected charge of $1260 for the extra night. This discrepancy has been confusing and has left us disappointed with the communication process.

Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff who really made me and my family feel really comfortable whilst in the resort. Only would like resort staff to be a bit more mindful and vigilant whilst booking airport transfers as we got overcharged one way.

The Marriott was absolutely stunning and so clean and well maintained. You can have the most amazing looking place but unless you have great staff to look after your guests its nothing, and I must say the staff at Momi Bay are exceptional. Happy, polite, accommodating and always ready to help anyone. All should be commended and hard to single anyone out. Loved our 5 night stay and will definitely be back.
