Didn't make it there and received a call that they will get full payment without refund. Very poor... would never go there again if i wish to visit Ballarat

Great sleep comfortable bed, room was quiet lovely hot shower in the morning. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating as we arrived late

rooms were dated, bathrooms didnt feel very clean, and need maintenance on fixtures. Rooms were very noisy lots of road noise, and plumbing in the walls

Rooms need revamped. Bath had a very large crack in it and felt unstable when having a shower. Bath too high and didn’t cater for invalid. Made it hard to get in and out of the shower with a disability
