Beautifully decorated Irish theme old pub. Loved the furniture, the knickknacks, memorabilia. New owner says he wants to change it, but I personally thinks he shouldn't. I stayed there because of the price and the theme. And they pour the best Guinness.

Too good to be true

A lovely building and friendy staff just not enough of them. Too busy to help too new to be efficient. The bathrooms were messy, yuck. Potentially a great place to visit. Very good Guiness. That makes up for everything almost.

Small room

The room was very small with not much in it. There was only two shared showers down the hallway and round the corner which was a bit average. No tea or coffee provided :(

Miss informed and disappointing pushy manager

Pros: To be honest the way i was treated not much.
Cons: Costumer service, website photos are reflective of rooms - they do not have bathroom facilities.
Location: Didn't end up staying
Booked a double room after driving 12 hours and prior to booking reviewed website accommodation photos and upon arrival at the hotel i proceed to the check - in area, younger male staff member attended to my questions and completion of check-in, i then went to the room to find a small room with NO Bathroom this was miss communicated during check-in and the photos suggest that a basin and wash facilities are available. I requested to speak to the duty manager, he arrived after sometime and after my discussion with him i request for my money to be reimburse this was declined and he keep referring to the cancellation policy, i didn't stay the night and handed the key back very disappointed with the businesses approach to this situation. I would hope i will be reimbursement soon for the booking on the 20/01/18 Regards Joe

Handy to town - that's about it

Pros: location
Cons: lots
Handy location. No en-suite per their website. Room was dirty and communal bathrooms were not cleaned for the duration of the stay. Couldn't get a smile out of the staff and had to line up with the patrons outside for a time to get in on the Saturday night.
