The room we had was nothing like the photos on the website. No change of towels. Lights in bathroom not working. Nowhere to set iron board up. Very disappointed all round Would not recommend

Hello Wayne, we are sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your stay. We do service the rooms daily and as the sign advises that we replace when they are on the floor. Spare towels are under the basin. I would be more than happy to replace had you asked as we are here. I not aware that one of the lights were out in the bathroom. We apologies and in turn are having that attended to. The photos are true photos of the jacaranda King suite, if you can please advise me what was not correct, I shall endeavour to have it corrected. Sometimes we do change the throw pillows and the throw rugs depending upon the season. Your feed back is valuable and you’re welcome to call me directly to discuss.

Barossa House was a very pretty and comfortable place to stay. Sofia, the owner, was wonderful and made us the most delicious breakfasts for our stay of four nights. The only negative was the small bathroom but other than that, would definitely stay again.

Wonderful old house with a mixture of old and new decor. Although located on a main road, we were unable to to hear any traffic noise inside so was extremely peaceful. Ideal property when staying with friends due to multiple bedrooms. Happily stay again 😊

The hospitality and warmth is beyond compare. The property is very central to major dining areas, wineries, Main Street and very quiet, very safe and picturesque.
