I have stayed at this hotel several times never had an issue in fact it was great. BUT this time.no so much. Purchased king with kitchenette and view of pool- what i got was a king bed, no kitchenette and a view of the parking lot. We did get moved but why did i not get the room.i paid for right off the hop? Toilet.backed up next.morning that sucked as had to go get plunger to fix. Found out hottub was not working this is the MAIN reason i booked this property. So not.at all happy this time.staying.
