Never stay again at this Hotel
I was moved to 3 different room during my stay the first room the phone was not working,the tea cuttle is not connected because no outlet available,the TV is not working,to call the front desk no answer i have to go the front desk to complain,no twels in the bathroom. 2nd room I moved too the bathroom not flushing no extra outlet to connect my phone charger and the bathroom shower not functioning,i have to wait till next day to see amànger ànd shows him what is going since i came and i was moved to the 3rd room. Never go back to this hotel again

Poorly managed . Reception not cooperative. Food bad
The staff was not helpful. Food sevive to room was for selective customers. Wake up call was written on copier sheet and never received wakeup call. Water given out sparingly. Clean towels when the laundry service was done. No new towels every day. Internet kept going going out of service I had to ask room service for cups. Soap supply.limited

The service and our stay was ok but front side rooms no vent from the windows because they were locked where the street view was so I felt a bit let down bcz of that.... and cleanliness was ok bedroom and lounge but bathrooms were a bit disappointing as they were dirty.....
