I have visited Singapore fairly often but this wasn’t first time staying at Changi Cove, it certainly won’t be my last! It’s a lovely modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. My room which was a cheaper option was a large twin with all the facilities however I was surprised there was no frig. The location is fabulous, it felt like the jungle with all the lush vegetation flowers and birds calming. To be so close to the beach and sea, huge plus. Also east access to an excellent cheap bus service.

The pool is not on the property. Its a long way form the city center. The taxi drivers at the airport didnot know where the property was. You have to get a taxi into the city. A Uber cost 30.00.

Based on your rating of 4 out of 5, we are elated as it indicates to us that you are generally pleased with your stay. At the same time, we are disappointed to read that the location of our hotel and nearby pool amenity did not meet your personal preference/requirement. We have ensured that Expedia website which your reservation was made through, has clearly stated that “guests can use the outdoor pool and health club at a partner property”, which is about only 2 to 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Located amidst lush greenery at the most eastern point of Singapore, our hotel provides a relief to guests after a long day in the city and once here, it truly feels a world away from the hustle and bustle. Our apologies that the taxi drivers did not know our hotel location, we will be finding ways to work with the taxi companies to ensure better awareness among their drivers. Thank you once again for your feedback and we will strive to work harder to improve our guest experience.

We have travelled to so many places, especially, myself, this was the first that I have experienced with no fridge in the room. We've paid AUD200 for a night and there's no fridge for a standard king room???? Surrounding ambience was quaint which was why we had chosen this hotel since Singapore is such a bustling city. Breakfast was standard. Front desk was helpful sending us mixers to our room despite the late evening cause we arrived pretty late and our request to extend our check out was granted for another hour. We and our friends felt that the interior design of the hotel room was confusing and my husband felt that it was like in a hostel room. If you don't want to walk for about 350m to use the swimming pool, forget about booking this place then. Don't think we will come back again..sorry guys :(
