Really loved this hotel, the staff was extremely kind and the rooms were comfortable. Plus the breakfast was top notch. Very accessible to all areas of Inverness, I hope to stay here again soon.

Great interaction with staff, beautiful property, spacious room with nice appointments. Kettle a bit awkward to use (cord attached to entire tray within a drawer, but not long enough to reach outlet), and room felt like it could use a few fixes (loose tile in bathroom, poor drainage of shower leading to a bit of a smell, and warping/water damage to table and chair). Overall fantastic stay, and very luxurious. (We stayed in a garden room)
