We enjoyed our 3- night stay at Taj Ganges. Friendly and courteous staff. Jayant at the front desk and Muskan in the Chowk restaurant were exceptional and took care of all our needs. Dilip made sure our room is well stocked and always greeted us with a small. The chowk restaurant can get some enhancements. The menu can be updated and also how food is displayed and served in pots with lids. I also feel that Chowk management and staff focuses more on guests that order Ala Carte vs. guests with lunch and dinner buffet option. We had paid for 3 meal buffet via Expedia, but looks like hotel prefers people to order. Overall we were pleased with our stay.
