We arrived for the first time in Rome and didn't know what to expect we had travelled for a couple of days from Australia, by the time we got to our hotel we where exhausted, so it was a really pleasant surprise to arrive at our hotel and everything was great the staff very professional and extremely helpful, clean, modern and cool it was 38degrees both days we stayed, everyone had a go with English and we tried a little Italian ( not great on our side). I would recommend this hotel .

OK for an airport Hotel, but why it's called Hilton Garden Inn is mysterious. No sign of a garden, just a very banal views of air cargo etc.
Restaurant staff extremely helpful and motivated. Food quite good for a hotel like this.
Signage for hotel and bus from arrivals hall at airport is non-existent: "hotel" sign is for another Hilton Hotel at the airport which is miles away, walking with all your bags..very annoying, as you then have to get a taxi to the Garden Inn.

Lobby is small but manageable. Check-in was quick, and room was ready.
Close to cafes for breakfast. Hotel staffs were friendly, and assist all times, including getting taxi to hotel for us during check out .
