Nice views of the valley. Room was clean. Tv didn’t work proper and flickered for most the channels. The bed was uncomfortable could feel the springs and dropped off from the middle & the pillows were terrible other than that was good.

Pros: Nice breakfast.
Cons: Spa bath takes more than an hour to fill. You need to be 6 foot tall and have a maths degree to work the air conditioner.
Location: Nice position
Service: Polite; Cleanliness: Pleasant; No hand towels. Good restaurant nearby (Castellis)

thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. there was obviously an obstruction in the spa tap. It is helpful to let us know things like that while you are here so we can fix it for you. Because there are 4 bath towels and 2 face cloths changed each day you may have missed having a hand towel.If these things are important to you please feel free to ask us. We will always do our best to help our guests. Not sure about the airconditioner problem, but we will check on this.

Cons: The road to get there is a bit hairy especially in the dark but it is well worth the drive
