The Farmers Arms Hotel accommodation was ok.
The room was smaller than the pictures. And out look from the room as it was behind the cottage.
The bed was comfortable and the heater was on when we arrived.
No cups or spoons for tea and coffee.

Not sure exactly how this is classed as a 4.5 star accommodation on Wotif? It’s basically a freshly painted glorified roadside motel. Comfortable for a sleep if you aren’t expecting anything special. Calling yourself a Hotel though is just plain lying.
It’s a 2.5-3 star Motel at best.
Disappointed.

I'm very sorry to hear that you did not like the styling of our Suites, as advertised on all of our booking platforms, our motel suites are Art themed, meaning the artwork changes regularly as artist residencies change, or as people buy pieces from the collection. This can mean sometimes we have to do a little bit of reshuffling of the furniture from room to room to ensure the rooms look co-ordinated and put together. However, you can be assured that the rooms are always designed to be of the greatest quality and comfort.

The only down side to our visit was the fact that you have to check in at the Farmer's Arms Hotel, whereas the accommodation is across the road. The hotel was full of Saturday evening drinkers and diners and so 'checking in' is a question of catching the eye of one of the staff who knows about the accommodation.

The Property appeared to be quite new. it was very clean and tidy. However we felt it was poorly furnished as it lacked a table and chair to sit at. The minny bar was free however the offing was quite small and not restocked after our first night. The room was more of an old style motel not a hotel. Big picture I did not think it was value for money.
